We currently offer Reiki sessions alongside relaxing Afternoon and Evening Retreat experiences, which may include access to selected wellness spaces such as the sauna, nature pool, and relaxation areas.

Is Pause @ Pilgrims environmentally sustainable?
Yes. Pause @ Pilgrims is based within an extraordinary eco-home thoughtfully designed around sustainability and nature. The property uses solar energy, passive design principles, rainwater harvesting systems, and carefully managed habitats that support biodiversity across the site.

Will photographs or testimonials be shared publicly?
Client privacy is extremely important to us. No photographs, testimonials, or identifiable client content will ever be used on the website or social media without clear permission and agreement beforehand.

Do you offer Blue Light Card discounts?
Yes. Pause @ Pilgrims is pleased to offer a 20% discount for valid Blue Light Card holders.
Guests will be asked to present their Blue Light Card on the day of their booking when the remaining balance is paid.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept deposits via this website and then balancing payments via cash on the day, payment via bank transfer or selected electronic payment methods. Payment can also be made 100% upfront. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
Is a deposit required when booking?
Yes. All sessions and retreat experiences require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be payable on the day of your visit unless otherwise agreed.

When is the remaining balance due?
Any remaining balance is due on the day of your booking. Guests receiving a Blue Light Card discount will be asked to present their valid card at this stage before the discount is applied.
