A Reiki session at Pilgrims offers a deeply calming, gentle experience, set in the peaceful beauty of the Suffolk countryside, providing an opportunity to rebalance and reconnect. Rooted in the Japanese practice of energy healing, Reiki works its magic through a quiet presence to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being, releasing tension, restoring balance, and fostering a sense of inner calm. In the tranquil atmosphere of the retreat, guests are invited to relax completely, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Available for an individual session, always allow 1hour 30 mins to fully immerse yourself in the stillness and enjoy a homegrown organic herbal tea after your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Pause @ Pilgrims, we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. To help us provide a calm and organised experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you read our booking and cancellation policy below. Bookings All sessions, treatments, and private wellness bookings must be booked in advance. Bookings may be made through our website or via email. A deposit will be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected. Cancellations We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rearranged or refunded where applicable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may result in the deposit or payment being retained. Failure to attend a booking without notice may be treated as a non-refundable booking. We understand emergencies can happen and will always aim to approach situations with fairness and understanding. Late Arrivals Late arrival may reduce the length of your session to avoid disruption to other bookings. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled. Wellness Facilities & Private Hire Guests using the wellness spaces do so at their own discretion and are encouraged to follow any guidance provided onsite. Pause @ Pilgrims reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and relaxing environment for all guests.
