Step away from the rush of everyday life and immerse yourself in an afternoon of calm, connection and restoration at Pilgrims Barn. Best enjoyed with your tribe, these intimate retreat sessions are designed for up to 4 people, allowing space to truly pause, reconnect and simply be. Your experience begins with a warm welcome into the retreat space, where homemade drinks and nourishing snacks await you. Settle into the peaceful surroundings as the afternoon gently unfolds, inviting you to slow down and leave the outside world behind. Each guest will receive an individual Reiki session, creating time to rest deeply, rebalance energy and reflect quietly within the tranquil surroundings. Between treatments, guests are encouraged to relax within the grounds, breathe deeply and embrace the stillness of nature. Together, we will enjoy a gentle meander along the nature walk, sharing the story behind Pilgrims Barn, its sustainability features and the wildlife that now calls this special place home. From native planting and hedgerows to the growing habitats supporting bees, birds and bats, the walk offers a chance to reconnect with the natural world at an unhurried pace. Returning to the meditation area, homemade refreshments and comforting drinks will be served as you unwind, reflect and soak in the peaceful atmosphere around you. Your retreat experience concludes with a Water Awakening, a calming and grounding sensory ritual designed to leave you feeling refreshed, restored and reconnected before returning gently back into the world beyond the retreat.
