Your evening begins with a gentle welcome drink and homemade seasonal snacks, lovingly prepared using wholesome ingredients to nourish both body and mind. As the world begins to slow, you will be guided through a calming mindfulness and grounding meditation session designed to help release the stresses of everyday life and bring you fully into the present moment. Soft candlelight, natural scents and the tranquil surroundings create a deeply restorative atmosphere. You will then experience a relaxing Reiki session, allowing time for emotional balance, deep rest and quiet reflection. Suitable for everyone, Reiki offers a gentle opportunity to restore harmony and inner calm. Following this, guests will enjoy a mindful nature walk through the Pilgrims Barn grounds, learning about the wildlife, sustainability principles and the importance of reconnecting with the natural world. There will be opportunities to pause, breathe deeply and simply appreciate the beauty of the landscape at dusk. As darkness falls, gather with warm drinks and homemade treats beside the outdoor relaxation area for a peaceful stargazing experience beneath the vast Suffolk sky. With minimal light pollution, this is a chance to slow down completely, reflect quietly and reconnect with a sense of wonder. The evening will gently conclude with a peaceful Water Awakening experience, a calming and symbolic moment of renewal, allowing guests to reconnect with the senses through the soothing presence of water before returning home feeling restored, grounded and deeply relaxed. This intimate experience is best shared with your tribe, with sessions designed for up to 4 guests, allowing space for connection, peace and personal reflection in a truly nurturing environment.
